Do your prices include VAT?
No. Prices on our website exclude 18% VAT, which is added to your invoice.
Do you install the machine and train our staff?
Yes. Our technicians set the machine up on site and train your operators, so counting, batching and handling rejects are routine from day one.
What warranty do machines come with?
Every machine comes with a 1-year warranty. We also offer preventive maintenance and annual service plans after that.
Can you service machines outside Colombo?
Yes. Our field technicians cover all nine provinces for installation, maintenance and breakdowns.
Which machine is right for me?
